Hello, I'm Alperen Bahat. I'm 22 years old. I am a 4th year student of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Erciyes University. Before coming to university, I had the opportunity to do a lot of research on the Electrical and Electronics Engineering profession. I was introduced to embedded systems when I was in high school. I was very excited by the idea of controlling hardware with software. Learning Arduino and PIC and participating in Interuniversity robotics competitions I joined. I developed projects with my own means. I set up my own workshop at home. In 2017, I was able to create and program algorithms that could control hardware in C/C++ languages.

When I came to the University in 2018, I had more opportunities to develop myself in the field of embedded systems. I learned to learn by myself. I shared the information I learned with my peers and younger people. I gave Robotics and Coding trainings voluntarily in village schools and course centers. While doing all this, I continued to improve myself. I met the Internet of Things (IoT). I was very excited about the idea of combining embedded systems with the Internet of Things. I researched cloud services related to this, read articles, watched videos and developed projects. I was entitled to participate in the Microsoft Cloud Computing Trainer Training camp and got a certificate and became a volunteer trainer.

In 2019, I assumed the position of the chairman of the executive board of the Erciyes University student club, Sharing and Breakthrough Club for Awareness. In this process, we organized many activities voluntarily for the benefit of society in the city we are in. We did activities to raise awareness of our society on special days. In 2021, we established an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle team called Ender UAV at Erciyes University. We are preparing to participate in the "Teknofest International Unmanned Aerial Vehicle" competition, which will be held in 2022. My role in the team Team captain and Autopilot software with real time image processing.

While improving myself in engineering and social fields, I am also interested in Music Technologies. In high school, together with my friend, we set up our own home studio and started making electronic music. Afterwards, I decided to combine my engineering knowledge with music technologies. I made my own midi keyboard and drumpad with embedded systems. I am still interested and following the Mixing- Mastering systems in music technologies.

I describe myself as versatile and communicative. I research everything I'm curious about. I

share what I have learned with my environment. I try to make my own electronic devices that I will use as much as I can. I am constantly trying to increase my experience in this field by buying new electronic cards and sensors. I want to work in Embedded Systems and IoT fields in the future.
